After spotting a driver using his phone while driving, Garda Traffic Corps stopped the driver only to discover something else.
Roads Policing Waterford observed motorist holding mobile phone whilst driving. Vehicle stopped and preliminary drug test performed. Test positive. Arrested and taken to Waterford Garda Station. The driver was drug tested by Garda where he tested positive for cocaine, opiates and cannabis. Opiates are predominantly present in codeine, morphine and heroine.
