Varadkar states that the government will not contemplate hard border if the deal is rejected

Varadkar has stated that the irish Government will not contemplate a hard border if the new Brexit draft is rejected.

He stated that the Government will have a “listening ear” to the UK in regards to a future relationship however, this will not extend to the 585 page withdrawal deal.  British Prime Minister Theresa May has stated that “These next seven days are going to be critical, they are about the future of this country,”. According to Labour Part leader Jeremy Corbyn, May does not have enough support for her draft withdrawl deal.
