Usain Bolts future in football on the line

The 32-year-old Jamaican is set to start-up front in a trial match this Friday with the Central Coast Mariners. He has stated that his future as a soccer player could be on the line as a result. “This will determine … (what) the club want to do with my career, so it’s a very important game,”Usain Bolt

The eight time olympic gold medalist hopes to expand his athletic ability from a sprinter to a professional football player as well as hoping to get a contract with the Mariners ahead of the  2018-19 Australian top flight campaign. Bolt obviously nervous about this opportunity has also stated his confidence from his improvement as a footballer, “My movement and my touch is much better now. How to set my body, where to place the ball,”
